With a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, a MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology, and specialised training in acceptance and commitment therapy, I am dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential. I have completed 3 years supervised practice and delivered over 500 hours of psychological support to athletes. Collaborating with elite athletes from various sports, I leverage my extensive knowledge and skills to optimise their performance and mental resilience. My commitment to excellence and proven track record in working with the world's best athletes make me a trusted partner in achieving athletic success.

I have specialised training in a variety of areas, including high performance athletes, psychological skills training and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), for all sports and abilities. Over 2000 hours of experience in across 37 sports.

First session is called an intake session and cost £35. No commitment to take future sessions at this point.
